Tasks Overview

The tasks page is a calendar view of all the tasks your users have added. At first it only shows tasks you have added, to view all tasks by all users click on the "View" button at the top right and select "All Tasks".



Tasks that are complete will have a little tick icon next to the title.

To add a new task click on a day, to edit a task click on the title.

When you are adding tasks for your customers (people), you can opt to have the system send them an email with the task details. Along with the email is an attachment in iCal format so the recipient can add the event to their own calendar such as Outlook etc.
